Refund Policy

When are you eligible for a refund?

Your refund will be processed within 5 business days of us receiving the returned item and confirming it meets our eligibility criteria. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund (typically 3-5 business days).   

What items can be refunded?

  1. Items returned within 30 days of delivery.
  2. Items in their original condition, unworn or unused, with tags and original packaging intact.
  3. Items with a valid proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt).

How to initiate a refund:

  1. Contact our customer support team at  support@eolah.shop to request a return.
  2. Provide your order information and reason for the return.
  3. We will issue you a return authorization number and provide detailed return instructions, including the return address.

What to include with your return for a refund:

  1. The original item, unworn and with tags attached.
  2. The original packaging.
  3. A copy of your proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt).

Reasons for a Refund:

  1. Non-Delivery: If your order does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe (depending on your location), we will issue a full refund upon confirmation from our shipping carrier.
  2. Incorrect Item Received: If you receive an item different from what you ordered, contact us immediately for a resolution.
  3. Damaged on Arrival: If your item arrives damaged, contact us at  support@eolah.shop within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will offer a replacement or a full refund. Please note that we are not responsible for damage incurred during shipping.
  4. Faulty After Use: If your handbag becomes faulty within a reasonable timeframe after normal use, please contact us. While we do not offer a warranty, we will assess the situation and may offer repair or replacement options.

Important Notes:

  1. Returns cannot be accepted without prior authorization.
  2. Sale items are not eligible for refunds but may be exchanged or returned for store credit.
